Requirements
- 7 years of experience in managing Agile/Scrum projects, including sprint planning, backlog management, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, stakeholder coordination, and delivery tracking.
- Power BI experience developing dashboards, reports, data visualizations, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Experience working with digital products, customer-facing applications, UX/customer journeys, and software functionality.
- Experience preparing, analyzing, and communicating performance testing results, metrics, insights, and recommendations.
- Strong functional/industry knowledge with the ability to discuss software functionality and business requirements with client Product Owners.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Enable the effective functioning of software development teams by facilitating Agile/Scrum processes and removing impediments.
- Partner with Product Owners, development teams, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of software initiatives.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Monitor and communicate project progress, risks, dependencies, issues, and key delivery milestones.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to communicate project, operational, and performance metrics.
- Support digital customer experience initiatives and collaborate with Product Owners to understand customer needs and software functionality.
- Coordinate with performance testing teams and deliver clear performance test reports, insights, and recommendations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and help drive continuous delivery and Agile maturity.
- Collaborate with technical and functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable delivery plans.
- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and expected outcomes.
