IT Specialty Analyst

Responsible for day-to-day support and optimization of software applications, the full-time IT Specialty Analyst will analyze business needs, evaluate software releases, and provide recommendations for process optimization while working remotely. Key responsibilities Support and optimize software applications through builds, upgrades, and system enhancements Perform workflow assessments to determine functional requirements and develop system test plans Manage problem, incident, and change management processes while providing daily on-call support Required qualifications 3 years of relevant experience with a degree or 5+ years without a degree Experience in application support and optimization Ability to work independently with general supervision Strong understanding of business and clinical application needs Experience overseeing smaller-sized projects or components of projects
