Systems Management Analyst

Supporting the administration and operational management of enterprise Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), the remote Systems Management Analyst will oversee VMware/Omnissa Horizon environments, ensuring platform stability and performance while adhering to technical standards. Key responsibilities: Administer and support VDI infrastructure components, including Horizon Gateways and Connection Servers Manage day-to-day operations of Development, Staging, Production, and Disaster Recovery VDI environments Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to virtual desktops and monitor system health and capacity Required qualifications: 3+ years of experience in Systems Administration & Engineering, with hands-on experience in Windows Server and desktop operating systems Proven experience supporting enterprise VDI platforms, including VMware/Omnissa Horizon Experience with Active Directory and enterprise identity services, including group policy and multi-factor authentication Solid troubleshooting skills across infrastructure and operating systems in an enterprise environment Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
