Role Description
Our KION Group HR Solutions team is looking for a Workday (HRIS) System Administrator. Being part of an international KION HRIS Product Support Team, this role is in charge of the upkeep, configuration, and reliable product operation of Workday for the KION Group. The HRIS Specialist will cover a range of business product support from management of configurations to support & maintenance of the product, release management and strategic operations.
The HRIS Specialist has the opportunity to become a subject matter expert in feature areas such as:
- Workday HCM
- Compensation

- Talent & performance
- Recruiting
- Cross-functional areas like reporting, security, and business process administration
As a global HRIS Specialist, this role will be working 100% from home (remote).
Qualifications
- Fluent in English, written and spoken.
- Bachelor’s degree in a field related to computer or information science or engineering or similar experience.
- Satisfying technical and interpersonal skills (including satisfying computer skills and flawless business communication).
- Advanced ability to troubleshoot and think out of the box.
- Advanced organizational, time management and multitasking skills.
- Ready to work on a given task repeatedly, in order to come up with an impeccable solution.
- Build trusting relationships by acting with integrity, courtesy, and responsibility, even in the face of stress or demanding workplace conditions and with different national cultures.
- Intellectually curious, is a lifelong learner; analyzes things and dissects them to see how they work and figures out how to improve them.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $84,750 - $124,300 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
