Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time

Are you a friendly, organized, and customer-focused professional looking for an exciting role in the beauty and education industry ? If you have excellent communication skills , a positive attitude , and thrive in a team environment , we want YOU to join The Beauty Institute – Ambler as our Client Service Coordinator!

As the first point of contact for students, clients, and staff, you’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming, professional, and positive atmosphere in our school.

What You’ll Do:

✨ Greet clients with a warm, welcoming presence
✨ Schedule and re-book appointments to support salon goals
✨ Provide exceptional customer service to build strong client relationships
✨ Manage client check-ins and check-outs efficiently
✨ Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries
✨ Maintain inventory and place orders as needed
✨ Foster a positive and professional environment for students, teachers, and clients
