PANTRY COORDINATOR (FULL TIME)

We are hiring immediately for full time PANTRY COORDINATOR positions. Location: Trex Quant - 360 Park Avenue, New York, NY 10017. Note: online applications accepted only. Pay Range: $19.00 per hour to $21.00 per hour. Additional Job Duties & Responsibilities: Perform routine cleaning, sanitation, and basic maintenance of office coffee and water equipment, promptly reporting any equipment issues or repair needs to minimize service disruptions. Organize and rotate inventory using the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) method to maintain product freshness, minimize waste, and keep pantry areas clean and well organized. Stock and replenish office pantry areas, coffee stations, and refrigerated items to maintain appropriate inventory levels and ensure proper handling and storage of perishable products. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Ensures all food or beverage is distributed from pantry in a timely fashion. Maintains and performs product inventory. Understands menu offerings. Creates, modifies, or closes individual sale checks via electronic tablet. Adheres to all safety and sanitation policies. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time.
