Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Embrace Shift Wellness, your primary responsibilities will encompass:

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients, including couples and individuals, to develop tailored treatment plans that address diverse mental health needs.

• Facilitating therapy sessions with families, focusing on resolving conflicts, improving communication, and enhancing relationships among family members.

• Specializing in areas such as alcohol and substance abuse, domestic violence, grief and loss, blended family dynamics, and divorce adjustments.

• Providing psychoeducation and coping strategies to empower clients in managing their mental health challenges effectively.

• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and progress notes to track treatment efficacy and client improvement.
\n
• Collaborating with healthcare providers and community resources to create a holistic support network for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with vary in age and backgrounds, including adults and children/adolescents experiencing challenges such as family conflict, job stress, separation/divorce issues, and communication difficulties. Your expertise will be instrumental in fostering resilience and promoting healing within families, significantly contributing to overall community health.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
