Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting therapeutic assessments and developing individualized treatment plans based on clients’ needs.

• Facilitating therapy sessions for couples, as well as individual sessions with each partner to foster open communication and resolution of conflicts.

• Utilizing evidence-based practices to address issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, and communication difficulties.

• Providing guidance to families facing challenges such as blended family dynamics, job-related stress, and adjustments around separation and divorce.

• Monitoring and evaluating client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as required, and keeping accurate and confidential records.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients with complex needs.

Your work will focus on a wide range of clients, including couples undergoing relationship challenges, families dealing with complex dynamics, and individuals coping with various mental health concerns. Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
