Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and substance use histories and establish individualized treatment goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness-based strategies, to facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect each client’s unique circumstances and challenges.

• Establish therapeutic relationships that foster trust and collaboration, aiding in clients' journey towards healing and recovery.

Our compensation package includes a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 104,000 per year, with additional performance-based incentives.
