MH Operation Lead

Job Summary The Hub Operations Lead is responsible for the day‑to‑day operations and workflow of all HUB functions, including store Hub order fulfillment and inventory control. The role requires knowledge of store systems, basic parts knowledge, strong interpersonal skills, and prior experience leading team members. The Lead also coordinates with nearby stores, hubs, external suppliers, and internal leadership to maintain inventory accuracy and fulfillment efficiency. Primary Responsibilities Resolve Hub orders and processes promptly. Direct, organize, and delegate work for HUB team members (Hub/Loop drivers and Hub Inventory Specialists). Review Hub orders, pull parts, stage product, and finalize paperwork. Communicate with internal and third‑party drivers regarding paperwork and instructions. Engage the store‑to‑facility network to determine part sourcing and logistics solutions; work with ordering stores for fulfillment alternatives when not available in the network. Collaborate with GM, DM, and CSC support to maintain appropriate inventory mix and levels. Ensure inventory accuracy, shrink results, cycle counts, planograms, price changes, front‑and‑face updates, and truck leads. Manage and adhere to all Hub records and paperwork policies and procedures. Urgently communicate risks or concerns related to order fulfillment or shipments to the appropriate store leader(s). Lead stocking activities from replenishment orders, including scanning in product and ensuring completion within 24 hours. Secondary Responsibilities Perform additional inventory activities such as overstock, callback, and resets. Safely deliver parts to customers as needed. Assist with front‑room inventory functions, cores, and defect handling. Maintain store cleanliness, including floors, bathrooms, fronts, dusting, and parking lot. Assist as needed with MOD and other store‑related actions. Success Factors Friendly communication. Ability to locate and stock parts efficiently. Strong safety knowledge and skills. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Prior retail experience in merchandising and inventory management. Basic parts knowledge and familiarity with store systems. Experience leading a team of drivers or inventory specialists. Strong oral and written communication skills. Basic math competencies. Ability to drive forklift (certified if required) and use hand truck and pallet jack. Well‑mannered, neat appearance, and ability to interact with the public professionally. Stable work history with performance results. Availability for flexible hours, nights, and weekends. Immediate reporting to GM and/or DM on violations of company policy or procedure. Physical Demands Predominantly walking or standing; requires speaking, hearing, and use of hands and fingers. Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally. Needs vision for close and distance tasks. Compensation Range Estimated hourly rate: $23.85–$26.54, depending on location, experience, and other factors.
