Accounts Receivable Specialist PeopleShare is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join the team of a family run wholesale distribution company based in Exton, PA. This is a direct hire opportunity where you can be part of the team from the start. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm Salary: $50,000 to 55,000/year Accounts Receivable Specialist Job Description Include: Daily invoicing of company sales Daily check deposits Daily review of aging reports and contact with customers that have past due balances Provide customer service regarding payments issues, refunds and collection resolutions Process and review account adjustments, resolve account discrepancies and short payments Submit collection notices and payment reminders to customers with overdue accounts Accounts Receivable Specialist Job Requirements: Excellent communication skills via phone and email Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite Comfortability in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to problem solve independently and works well in a team setting PeopleShare is the leading Staffing Agency in the region and has temporary to hire and permanent jobs across 8 states.
