Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver weekly evidence-based therapy sessions via secure video conferencing platforms to adults dealing with a variety of emotional and psychological health challenges.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatric providers and fellow therapists to ensure a holistic approach to client care, integrating treatment strategies for comprehensive support.
\n
• Utilize automatically administered symptom self-assessments to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly, ensuring that interventions are responsive to the client’s evolving needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using our user-friendly digital therapist portal, which streamlines paperwork and documentation processes.
\n
• Participate in regular consultations with the Therapy Leadership Team to receive guidance, support, and feedback on clinical practices.
\n
• Provide therapeutic support to individuals aged 13 years and older, as well as couples, employing modalities such as psychodynamic therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and emotionally focused therapy.
\n
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and security to protect client health information.
\n
• Commit to a data-driven approach to therapy by following measurement-based care protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will primarily consist of adults suffering from various mental health issues, such as anxiety and depression, along with adolescents and couples seeking guidance and support. Athena's Hope is dedicated to providing culturally competent care, ensuring that all clients feel valued and understood.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work or a related field is required.
\n
• Current and valid State license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
\n
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team framework.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of establishing a rapport with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in an outpatient mental health setting is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and engagement in remote therapeutic practices is a plus.

• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities is preferred.

• The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 , with actual compensation varying based on experience, geographic location, and skill level.
