Onboarding Specialist

Join a growing financial services organization as an Onboarding Specialist. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, persistent, and enjoys solving problems while working directly with clients and business partners. Compensation: $50,000 + bonus Schedule: Hybrid – North Charlotte Key Responsibilities: Manage advisor onboarding, contracting, and licensing processes from start to finish Communicate with advisors via phone and email, providing status updates and support Work directly with insurance carriers to secure approvals and resolve issues Review contracts and documentation for accuracy and completeness Maintain detailed records and case notes in the CRM system Assist with ongoing account maintenance, including license renewals, carrier additions, policy updates, training requirements, and profile changes Serve as a resource for onboarding-related questions from internal and external stakeholders Qualifications: Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Natural curiosity and ability to investigate issues independently Comfortable in a process-driven, desk-based environment Customer service, administrative, operations, or account support experience is a plus No insurance or financial services experience required No degree required; recent graduates encouraged to apply #J-18808-Ljbffr
