Approach shoppers and start friendly, professional conversations. Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs. Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and indoor air quality solutions. Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments. Represent the ARS brand professionally and enthusiastically. Work toward individual and team lead-generation goals. Provide a positive customer experience from the first conversation. Hours worked must be PRODUCTIVE hours-generating appointments each shift. Hours are managed accordingly Qualifications What You Need You don't need HVAC experience to be successful.
