Hybrid HR Generalist & Partner - Strategic Leader

Job Description In partnership with Robert Half, our client searching for a HR Generalist/HR Business Partner. They are making a huge impact in the market and across the Northeast and a household name for many! This role requires being hands on and being an integral part of the HR team on a corporate and regional level and have diverse responsible that are both tactical and strategic. Key Responsibilities Managing daily HR operations - talent acquisition, benefits administration, operations, HRIS, employee relations Partner with HR leadership team to collaborate on HR best practices, business performance, retention strategy, employee engagement. Stay updated with compliance requirements specific to states and entities. Employee relations - supporting managers, partners and employees to resolve issues, share best practices, and adhere to policy Act as a liaison with recruitment for onboarding, assessing staffing decisions, employee activities Performance management and evaluation. HR reporting for a corporate level Lead training and development for managers Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred Experience working in a multi-site environment preferred, or relative experience working in a fast paced environment that has a few hundred employees. Technical and analytical skills Extensive knowledge in Human Resources (HR) Administration, preferably in a multi-site, or company with a few hundred employees that is faced paced with growing responsibilities.
