As the Restoration/Remediation Water Technician, you will oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and assigned restoration crews. This front-line management position leads their team to operational excellence.Key responsibilities include:Ensure an accurate scope of work for projects and prepare estimates utilizing computer hardware and proprietary softwareNegotiate customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimateSchedule, coordinate and oversee crews and resources to provide service on active projectsReview job site documentation to support the services provided and ensure proper client requirements and billing processMaintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representativesManage production expenses including equipment, vehicles, and other material assetsAdditional responsibilities:Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviewsPosition requirements:Valid driver's licenseHigh school diploma/GEDAt least 1-3 years of industry experienceIICRC certification a preferred, but we will pay for certification for the right candidateSkills/Physical Demands/Competencies:Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistanceAbility to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objectsAbility to work with/around cleaning agentsAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawCompensation: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per yearPicture yourself here fulfilling your potential.At SERVPRO®, you can make a positive difference in people's lives each and every day!
