Manufacturing Engineering Manager

Salary: $145K–$155K + 15% Bonus + 10% Night Shift Differential
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 4-Day Work Week
Relocation: Full Relocation Assistance Available
Schedule Transition
The position will initially support the operation on day shift and transition to nights as the new second-shift production operation becomes fully established.
Day Shift: Mon–Thu, 5:30 AM–4:00 PM
Night Shift: Mon–Thu, 5:30 PM–4:00 AM
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers within a heavy manufacturing environment . The ideal candidate will drive manufacturing improvements, automation, equipment reliability, new product launches, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Manufacturing Engineers.
- Drive improvements in safety, quality, productivity, and cost.
- Oversee manufacturing equipment, tooling, automation, and robotics.
- Support new product launches and process implementation.
- Partner with Operations, Quality, and Product Engineering teams.
- Lead engineering projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 5–10+ years of Manufacturing Engineering Management experience.
- Must have Engineering Manager-level leadership experience .
- Heavy manufacturing experience required: Automotive, Farm/Agricultural Equipment, Heavy Truck , or similar.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred.
- Strong leadership, automation, process improvement, and manufacturing expertise.
