Xiaomi Technology
工作职责
1. 拓展全球化模型生态合作伙伴，筛选战略客户，建立深度合作，获取行业核心数据、真实任务场景、评测标准和失败模式，反哺大模型训练，提升大模型能力。
2. 推动数据合作协议落地（脱敏数据授权、场景共建、评测集共创等），将客户反馈和行业 badcase 系统化整理，转化为模型训练团队可执行的改进方向。
任职要求
1. 对大模型行业头部公司的基模有较为深入的理解，具备技术背景，能与算法团队深度对话，能判断哪些客户、场景和数据对模型最有价值。
2. 语言流利，中英文双语工作能力，可长期在硅谷出差，能独立对接海外客户和合作伙伴。
3. 有企业级技术合作项目经验（数据合作、联合开发、API 对接等），有 Anthropic、OpenAI、AWS、MiniMax 等模型厂商的商业化/解决方案经验或对接经验优先考虑。
4. 优秀的跨团队协作和沟通能力。
