Conduct standard and specialized laboratory tests—including chemistry, hematology, and immunology—following established protocols.

Evaluate test results for accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and ensure optimal functioning of lab equipment through regular maintenance and calibration.

Support the specimen collection process and prepare samples for testing as necessary.

Meticulously document procedures, mentor new staff or students, and contribute to maintaining the lab's quality assurance standards.

Uphold safety protocols and comply with regulatory and accreditation standards to ensure a pristine working environment.

Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an allied health degree with certification preparation from ASCP/AMT.

Achieve ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of employment.
