What You Will Be Doing

• Conduct a variety of routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more, adhering to established protocols.
• Evaluate results for precision, identify and resolve discrepancies, and perform routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as necessary.
• Meticulously document all procedures, take part in training new employees or students, and uphold rigorous laboratory quality standards.
• Ensure a clean, safe working environment and comply with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health qualification, along with ASCP/AMT certification readiness.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) is required within one year of employment.
• Maintain current certification for the duration of your employment.
