As a Technical Support Specialist, you'll provide responsive onsite and remote technology support, troubleshoot issues and keep the tools our Associates rely on running smoothly. You'll also help improve support processes, documentation, and technology solutions across the organization.Why Work With Us:Work Setting: Hybrid environment, in office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, option to work remote on Monday and FridayBenefits: Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, 401k Retirement Plan (100% employer match), Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, Paid Parental Leave, PTO, Paid Holidays, and more!Impact: From the office to the service center, your support keeps our teams connected, productive, and ready to deliver for our customersWhat You'll Do:Provide responsive onsite and remote technical support to Associates, prioritizing requests based on urgency and business impact and following issues through resolutionTroubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, business applications, hardware, network connectivity, VPN, sign-in, and device-related issuesConfigure, deploy, update, and maintain computers, mobile devices, phones, printers, meeting-room technology, and other end-user equipmentSupport service-center technology, including shared workstations, tablets, barcode scanners, and industrial printers, with a focus on minimizing operational downtimeSupport technology throughout the Associate lifecycle, including equipment setup and approved account and access changesResearch unfamiliar technical issues, apply effective troubleshooting methods, verify solutions, and escalate when needed with clear documentationMaintain accurate equipment inventory and support records, documenting requests, troubleshooting steps, resolutions, procedures, and end-user guidanceProvide practical technology guidance and training to Associates and use company-approved AI tools to support research, documentation, learning, and routine tasksIdentify recurring issues and opportunities to improve support processes, automation, and technology solutions while continuing to build knowledge of the organization's systems and tools.Other job-related duties and special projects as assignedWho We're Looking For:Education & Experience:Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, technical training, certifications, and practical experienceMinimum one (1) year of technical support, help desk, desktop support, or similar experience with an emphasis on hardware and software troubleshootingExperience supporting Windows-based computers, Microsoft 365 applications, and end users in a professional environmentTechnical Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office products and Windows-based applicationsSkills:Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to provide professional support to Associates at all levelsWorking knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, computer hardware, mobile devices, common business applications, Wi-Fi, and VPN connectivityMethodical problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and recognize when escalation is needed.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing support requests and document issues and resolutions accuratelySelf-motivated and accountable, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentWhat Makes You Stand Out:Two (2) or more years of progressive Information Technology experienceExperience with account administration, device management, or IT support/ticketing systemsExposure to PowerShell, workflow automation, or related scripting toolsFamiliarity with Entra/Active Directory, identity and access management, or Windows Server administrationExperience supporting technology in warehouse, service-center, or operational environmentsExperience with endpoint or mobile device management platformsCompTIA A+, Microsoft, or another relevant technical certificationAdditional:Must be able to work outside normal business hours/days as neededMust be able to travel occasionally and work at an outside locationAt Majestic, we are committed to creating an inclusive environment where diverse voices are welcomed from associates throughout the entire organization.
