Dining Room Host (Front of House)

Position Summary The Dining Room Host is responsible for creating a clean, welcoming, and hospitable environment for all guests. This role ensures dining areas are spotless, stocked, and comfortable while assisting guests and supporting the front-of-house team. Schedule: Flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Greet guests warmly and offer assistance as needed Maintain cleanliness of dining room, restrooms, and beverage stations Clear, sanitize, and reset tables promptly Stock condiments, utensils, trays, and dining room supplies Assist guests with seating, high chairs, and special requests Monitor dining room flow and communicate guest needs to the team Support front counter, curbside, or drive-thru during peak times Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company standards Physical & Work Environment Requirements (ADA Compliant) Stand and walk for extended periods Lift up to 25 lbs with or without accommodation Bend, reach, and move throughout dining room and service areas Work in a fast-paced, noisy, and customer-focused environment Required Qualifications Must be at least 16 years old (or meet state minimum age requirements) Authorized to work in the United States Reliable transportation Ability to work in a team-oriented, guest-focused environment No prior experience required — training provided Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay within the range listed above (MA Pay Transparency Compliant) Paid training Free meals Flexible scheduling Scholarship opportunities (where applicable) Growth opportunities within Chick-fil-A Equal Employment Opportunity Statement Chick-fil-A Marlborough is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
