Contracts Specialist Key Responsibilities & Duties Modify, update, and maintain contracts and associated documentation independently, ensuring accuracy and alignment. Review contract terms, provisions, appendices, and scope to ensure compliance and accuracy. Coordinate contract revisions and address inquiries from internal and external stakeholders. Track and process contracts from initiation to completion, maintaining organized systems. Ensure licensing requirements and corporate statuses are current and compliant. Provide administrative support and assist with project-related questions regarding contract status. Maintain thorough documentation systems for contracts and modifications, ensuring accessibility. Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth contract management and resolution of issues. Contracts Specialist Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or related disciplines. 3-5 years of industry-related experience, preferably within the construction or contracting sector. Strong understanding of contracts, contract formation, and associated processes. Proficiency in technology platforms, including Adobe, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with stakeholders. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a corporate office environment.
