Contract Conformance Specialist

We are looking for a Contract Conformance Specialist in the Duluth, MN, Houston, TX, or Waltham, MA areas. Join our client, a premier energy leader! We seek a Contract Conformance Specialist with 6-10+ years of experience in construction contract management and a relevant degree to lead contract execution for major projects.

responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day contract conformance for Our Client's capital and maintenance projects, ensuring strict alignment with project execution strategies.
Facilitate and draft technical contract language, exhibits, scope descriptions, pricing models, and special instructions alongside legal and project teams.
Review and verify contractor invoices for compliance, monitor payment processing, and oversee service request orders throughout the project lifecycle.
Establish, implement, and maintain project contract document control and retention systems in accordance with Our Client's corporate procedures.
Lead contract-related meetings, coordinate with contractor leads and internal stakeholders, maintain weekly status reports, and assist during compliance audits.
