Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations using the latest DSM criteria to assess client needs and determine appropriate treatment plans.

• Deliver individual, family, and group psychotherapy services, employing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to each client’s unique issues.

• Facilitate Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOPs) and crisis intervention sessions, managing diverse mental health disorders as well as co-occurring conditions.

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to optimize treatment approaches and ensure coordinated care.

• Document clinical services efficiently using electronic health record systems, maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements and organizational standards.

• Participate actively in team meetings, contributing insights for best practices and systemic improvements in therapy delivery.

• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities through workshops, training, and peer consultation, enhancing clinical skills and service offerings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinicians work with a diverse range of clients including individuals facing mental health challenges, couples navigating relational difficulties, and families seeking support for systemic issues. Many clients experience co-occurring disorders requiring nuanced treatment interventions. By providing care through telehealth, our therapists reach underserved communities in New Jersey and beyond, ensuring access to quality mental health services.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active LMFT license or Psy.D in the state of New Jersey is required to practice.

• An advanced degree (Master's or Doctoral) in psychology, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of two years of experience in providing psychotherapy services, demonstrating effectiveness in a therapeutic setting.

• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health records to deliver and manage care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and skills.
