Process Integration Technician, DRAM PI

Micron Technology is seeking a Senior Process Integration Technician to partner with Module Engineers and drive day‑to‑day execution of experiments, conversions, and production priorities. The role requires strong coordination, data analysis, and cross‑functional alignment to support key technology milestones. Responsibilities Partner with PI Module Engineers to analyze data and support assigned process modules Coordinate experiments, lot movement, and logistics including SWR issues, tracking, and holds monitoring Collaborate with module owners, area owners, and change management partners to execute conversions on schedule Provide engineering support including SWR/GCP writing, WIS monitoring, data extraction, and reporting Communicate progress, risks, and needs to maintain alignment and meet program goals Minimum Qualifications Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent professional or military experience 6+ years working in a technician role in manufacturing or R&D environments Experience in process integration, semiconductor manufacturing, or module support Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data to support engineering decisions Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate work in a fast‑paced environment Proven problem‑solving skills including root cause analysis Preferred Qualifications Experience with DRAM process integration, advanced packaging, or change management at Micron Familiarity with DRAM or bond flows and inline detection methods Experience with Pareto analysis, GCP creation, and conversion execution Understanding of cycle time optimization and priority‑based lot management Experience with program milestone planning, risk management, and change workflows Benefits Choice of medical, dental, and vision plans available at all locations Benefit programs to protect income if unable to work due to illness or injury, and paid family leave Robust paid time‑off program and paid holidays EEO and Legal Statements Micron is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
