Sales Consultant

Weare looking for an Experienced Sales Consultant for our Superior Fence &Rail of Kansas City team. A successful candidate will like working with people,meeting customer needs and expectations, and solving problems both during thesales process and at the time of installation. You should like to work outdoorsand be involved in home improvement and construction. Thisis a 100% commission opportunity in which compensation is determined solely bythe success of the individual Sales Consultant. NO COLD CALLING – leads aresupplied through online marketing, social media, referrals, and leads from multiplehome builders and general contractors. NO HARD SELLING – our customers arevetted and ready to buy a fence. Paidtraining is provided for the first 6-8 weeks. Average compensation is $75K TO$130K per year. Computer and phone are provided, and a sales vehicle will beprovided between 30-60 days after the training period has been completed. Fullbenefits including medical, dental, and vision are offered. The territory forthis position is Kansas City (KCK & KCMO) and surrounding cities. The typical work week is Monday throughFriday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Primary Responsibilities Learn &adopt Superior Fence & Rail's selling process and complete requiredtraining Presentand sell the features and benefits of Superior Fence & Rail products Pursueappointments and sales through supplied, active lead system Prospectfor new customers through networking, referrals, and effective follow-up Set andmaintain the required number of appointments to meet and exceed salesgoals Minimum Requirements Prior SalesExperience, Outside & In-home sales is a plus Fence,Lumber or General Construction Industry Knowledge preferred Abilityto work some weekends and evenings Passbackground investigation (no felony convictions) Excellentinterpersonal and communication skills Strongpresentation and listening skills Exceedinglypositive in work attitude Polishedand professional in demeanor with a strong work ethic Basiccomputer skills and proficiency Validdriver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation SuperiorFence & Rail is the largest fence contractor in the country, with over 60 locationsnationwide.
