Territory Manager (Akron - Canton, Ohio)

Territory Manager – Cordis Reporting to region leadership, the Territory Manager is responsible for driving new business and increasing growth in existing accounts within a specified territory. Responsibilities Drive new business and increase penetration in existing accounts. Demonstrate outstanding product knowledge and understanding of clinical data, competitive products, and industry trends. Cold call, prospect, and build relationships to increase account penetration, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction. Apply working knowledge of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks. Identify solutions to technical problems and take action to resolve them. Exercise judgment within defined parameters; work is reviewed for sound reasoning and accuracy. Receive general guidance; may receive more detailed instruction on new projects. Conduct consultative sales calls with interventional cardiologists, radiologists, neuro interventionalists, and vascular surgeons; support their needs in the lab. Partner effectively with Cordis leadership, cross‑functional teams, and field‑based counterparts. Provide customer feedback, competitive intelligence, environmental shifts, and industry learnings through appropriate channels to aid Sales/Marketing and other leadership. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of related work experience. 5+ years of sales experience (preferred). 2+ years of selling medical supplies and devices with medium-length sales cycles. Familiarity with PC applications, MS Office, and virtual meeting software. Ability to travel; must live within the territory and be willing to travel as needed. Valid driver’s license.
