Senior Product Designer - Podcast

Creators deserve to understand how their work is performing, and we’re building the tools to make that possible. The Analytics team within Spotify for Creators designs experiences that help podcasters, video creators, and publishers understand their audiences, reach, and growth across platforms. We’re a small team solving meaningful challenges at the intersection of data visualization, AI, and creator tools. We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who brings design and engineering together. You’ll move between design tools and code, use your understanding of data and AI systems to inform your work, and collaborate closely with engineers to prototype and ship experiences. You’ll help shape the design direction for analytics across Spotify for Creators and Megaphone, from unified creator dashboards to AI-powered insights that help creators understand what’s working and why. We’re building toward a future where analytics goes beyond dashboards to surface useful information when creators need it.
