The Senior Project Manager provides leadership and operational support for a wide range of project management and transformation initiatives. Responsibilities Plan, budget, and manage projects using the OPT PM methodology, ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and within scope. Lead change control, stakeholder engagement, and change‑management activities, including resistance management and communication plans. Identify and mitigate risks using RAID logs, advanced scenario planning, and cross‑functional impact analysis. Produce executive‑level reports, maintain project documentation (stakeholder register, communications plan, schedules, budgets, benefits tracking), and facilitate project meetings. Coordinate and lead enterprise‑level clinical transformation initiatives, aligning multiple inpatient units, staff, and executive leadership. Design and execute operational readiness plans, covering staffing models, competency validation, equipment procurement, and clinical capability alignment. Translate strategic objectives into action‑able implementation plans and ensure alignment between executive vision and frontline execution. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Strong analytical ability to evaluate administrative policies and cost‑benefit studies. Expertise in technical project management, including stakeholder registers, communication plans, RAID logs, change control logs, and detailed schedules and budgets. Advanced proficiency in MS Project or Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint). Proven ability to deliver executive‑level reporting, proactively manage stakeholders, and lead diverse cross‑functional teams. Strong interpersonal and diplomatic communication skills with physicians, clinicians, leadership, and community partners. Experience delivering projects in active hospital environments and understanding of clinical operations and regulatory requirements (HIPAA, Joint Commission, HCAI, etc.). Preferred Qualifications Fire Life Safety Training (LA City). Certification required within 30 days of hire and must be renewed before expiration. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
