Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid state licensure or eligibility in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) and Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred
• Background or interest in teletherapy considered an asset
• Comfortable managing caseloads ranging from Kindergarten through Grade 12
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• SLPAs and those with healthcare SLP/SLPA experience are encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a variety of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in a school-aged population
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in accordance with IEP goals
• Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team, including teachers, parents, and support staff
• Maintain detailed, accurate records of therapy sessions and student progress
• Attend and participate in IEP meetings as needed
• Provide guidance and mentorship to SLPA team members, if applicable
• Deliver services either onsite or through a teletherapy model, depending on your availability and expertise
