Make a positive impact supporting K-12 students as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the upcoming school year. This contract opportunity offers the flexibility to work either onsite or virtually, depending on your preference. You’ll provide essential speech and language services to a diverse caseload of around 50 students, helping them achieve communication goals critical to their academic and social growth.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field (required)
• Valid SLP license and ASHA CCC or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Experience working in schools, pediatrics, healthcare, or teletherapy environments
• Ability to effectively manage a K-12 caseload
• SLPA certification or experience is a plus
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and create personalized treatment plans for students with communication disorders
• Provide direct therapy services individually or in groups, adapting methods for virtual or onsite delivery
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Maintain thorough documentation, progress notes, and IEP reports in compliance with school standards
• Serve as a resource for staff and families, offering insights to promote effective communication strategies at school and home
