Warehouse Supervisor / Lead

Pay: $21–$24 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, typically 8:00 AM–5:00/6:00 PM

Position Overview

Connect Staffing is looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor / Lead to help oversee daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse leadership experience, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and be willing to stay hands-on with daily warehouse activities.

Responsibilities

• Help oversee daily warehouse operations and workflow

• Lead and assist warehouse employees with daily assignments

• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently

• Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the warehouse

• Monitor inventory and help maintain an organized work environment

• Ensure warehouse tasks are completed accurately and on schedule

• Assist with training and directing warehouse employees

• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies

• Work hands-on alongside the warehouse team as needed

Requirements

• Previous warehouse lead or supervisor experience preferred

• Forklift experience required

• Must be comfortable operating a forklift regularly

• Ability to work full shifts in a hot warehouse environment

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical warehouse duties throughout the workday

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic

• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test

• Must meet company requirements for employment and warehouse access
