Product Marketing Associate - Business Banking

As a Associate of Product Marketing , you will be supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies for Business Banking Campaigns. This position requires a detail-oriented, analytical thinker with a passion for marketing, product positioning, and driving customer engagement. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch, promotion, and growth of our products in the market. She/he operates under the direction of the Assistant Vice President of Product Marketing and focuses on all touchpoints with members and prospects.

Product Marketing Associate Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing comprehensive product marketing strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth for a smaller portfolio of products.
• Support market research, competitor analysis, and customer surveys to gather insights and inform product positioning.
• Support the development of product messaging, value propositions, and go-to-market plans for new and existing products.
• Assist in the creation of marketing collateral such as product brochures, presentations, case studies, and sales enablement materials.
• Coordinate with creative teams, agencies, and vendors to develop compelling marketing assets including digital assets, videos, infographics, and website content.
• Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to optimize online channels for product promotion, including email campaigns, social media, and website content.
• Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, providing insights for campaign optimization and improvement.
• Support the sales team with the development of product training materials, sales scripts, and product demonstration materials.
• Assist in organizing and participating in product training sessions for sales teams and external partners

Product Marketing Associate Requirements

• Associate’s Degree required preferably in Marketing/Advertising/Media or equivalent experience.
• 1-4 years relevant experience in marketing/finance is required.

Product Marketing Associate Compensation

$66,650.00 - $70,583.00
