Director Of Sales
We are seeking an experienced Director of Sales for a beautiful select service hotel in the East Lansing area. If you are interested in joining a strong group with unlimited growth potential, apply now!
Sales Manager Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the total sales activity of the hotels / executing sales and marketing strategies.
- Plan and implement ongoing action plans and sales activity/strategies.
- Maintain existing accounts and securing new accounts.
- Collaborate with GMs to develop and maintain marketing plan and sales budget.
- Participates in revenue management meetings /strategies using brand system and industry-driven sales tools
- Coordinate group, transient, and negotiated rates to maximize revenues and profits
Sales Manager Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years in a hotel sales management role
- Strong financial acumen, business planning, forecasting, sales budget
- Hands-on and ownership mentality
- Computer skills, systems, spreadsheets, organization skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - articulate
- High energy and positive demeanor with strong networking impetus
