Floater PositionThe Floater works alongside skilled Blender and Packing Operators in a fast-paced, labor-intensive production environment. This role supports the repeated blending and packaging of spice blends while maintaining quality, accuracy, and food safety standards. Responsibilities:Assist with the blending and packaging processAccurately document and verify production activitiesFollow all food safety, quality, and workplace safety proceduresPerform repetitive tasks throughout the shiftLift and handle ingredient bags weighing up to 50 lbsRequirements:Ability to stand for extended periods of timeAbility to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbsComfortable performing repetitive physical tasksAbility to pass an aptitude testPay:$17.00 - $17.75 per hour, based on experiencePaid-for-Performance incentive availableSchedule:Start time: 6:00 AMEnd time: When production is completeThis position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
