At Complete Farmer, we are shaping the future of agriculture in Africa. Position Description The Finance Manager provides strategic and operational leadership of Complete Farmer’s finance function. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this role oversees all financial operations, builds the financial planning and control framework, and ensures the company’s financial resources support rapid growth and long-term sustainability. The Finance Manager partners with leaders across Operations, Sales, and HR to translate strategy into sound financial plans and to maintain a robust control environment. What You’ll Do: Lead the company-wide budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning process Oversee cash-flow management, capital allocation, and liquidity planning to meet strategic goals Prepare and present management reports and financial KPIs Implement and optimize ERP and enterprise financial systems that scale with business growth Design and maintain internal controls, financial policies, and risk management frameworks Drive process improvements to increase accuracy, efficiency, and transparency across all finance operations Partner with business unit leaders to evaluate new initiatives, and cost-optimization opportunities Coordinate external audits and maintain strong relationships with auditors, tax authorities, and regulators Mentor, develop, and manage the accounting and finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence What You’ll Bring: 5+ years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role Proven success scaling finance operations across multiple regions or high-growth environments Expertise in financial strategy, forecasting, and ERP/financial system implementation In-depth knowledge of IFRS or other international accounting standards Strong leadership, team-building, and cross-functional collaboration skills Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CFA) highly desirable Who You Are: Strategic thinker who pairs long-term vision with a hands-on management style Analytical and data-driven, turning complex financial data into actionable insight Effective communicator and collaborator, able to influence senior stakeholders Committed to integrity and continuous improvement in all financial practices To join us If you are an experienced finance professional eager to lead a high-performing team and provide the financial insights that drive strategic growth, we invite you to join Complete Farmer as Finance Manager. #J-18808-Ljbffr Complete Farmer LTD
