- ## Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) – Per Diem**Rancho Bellagio Post Acute**Rancho Bellagio Post Acute is seeking a **Per Diem Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)** to join our dedicated therapy team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, compassionate clinician who is passionate about helping residents achieve their highest level of independence.### About UsAt Rancho Bellagio Post Acute, we are committed to providing high-quality, resident-centered care. Our interdisciplinary therapy team works collaboratively to support recovery, mobility, and overall quality of life in a positive and professional environment.### Position Responsibilities* Assist residents with therapy programs as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist* Support residents in achieving functional and mobility goals* Collaborate with therapists, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members* Accurately document treatment sessions and resident progress* Provide encouragement, education, and compassionate care during therapy sessions### Compensation & Benefits* **Pay Range:** $34–$40 per hour, DOE* Flexible per diem scheduling* Supportive and collaborative work environment* Opportunities for professional growth and skill development### Qualifications* Current, active, and unencumbered **California Physical Therapy Assistant license*** Associate’s degree from an accredited PTA program* Long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred* Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset### Equal Employment Opportunity StatementRancho Bellagio Post Acute is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
