As a service advisor, youre the trusted guide between our customers and our service team: scheduling visits, translating technician-speak into plain English, keeping people in the loop, and making sure every interaction leaves someone feeling genuinely looked after. What you can earn $120K+ target annual earnings - $200K+ for top performers Base hourly pay plus commission on closed repair orders and performance bonuses no cap on what you can earn when youre delivering results.
