Service Advisor

We are looking for a customer-focused professional to join our team and provide an exceptional service experience for every guest. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact between customers and the service team, helping to ensure clear communication, efficient scheduling, and a smooth process from check-in to vehicle pickup.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and create a welcoming, professional service experience.
• Listen carefully to customer concerns, gather relevant information, and document service requests accurately.
• Explain recommended services, maintenance needs, and repair options in a clear and easy-to-understand manner.
• Coordinate with technicians and service staff to monitor repair progress and provide status updates to customers.
• Prepare repair orders, estimate costs, and review completed work with customers.
• Schedule appointments and manage service flow to support an efficient and organized department.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all customer and vehicle information is entered correctly.
• Respond to customer questions and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and solution-oriented service.
• Support service sales goals while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and trust.
• Follow company processes, safety guidelines, and quality standards in all customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, automotive service, or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly to customers with varying levels of knowledge.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Proficiency with computer systems, scheduling tools, and point-of-sale or repair order software.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage customer concerns effectively.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well with service advisors, technicians, and management.

Pay

The Advisor Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $16.90. The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance. The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
