DCH Audi of Calabasas is hiring for a Service Advisor position. The dealership is L0756 Audi Calabasas.

Pay: $64,500.00- $161,800.00 annually

Schedule: 5-day work week with 2 rotating days off

What You'll Do

• Greet customers in person and by phone, identify their service needs, and provide a professional customer experience.
• Conduct vehicle walk-arounds, document customer concerns, and prepare accurate repair orders using the ADP system.
• Explain recommended services, estimated costs, and expected completion times while obtaining customer authorization.
• Partner with technicians to understand repair needs, dispatch work, and keep customers updated throughout the service process.
• Complete the customer delivery process, including reviewing completed services, processing payments, and ensuring a smooth vehicle handoff.

What You'll Bring

• Minimum of 2 years of recent automotive Service Advisor experience required.
• Experience preparing repair orders, reviewing repair recommendations, and obtaining customer authorization.
• Experience communicating directly with technicians and customers throughout the repair process.
• Experience using dealership management systems and other service department technology.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

The annual California pay range for this position is $64,500.00 - $161,800.00. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which Individual Sales, Individual Gross Profit, and Individual Manufacturer Approvability, Customer Pay Labor per RO, Flat Rate Hours. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
