Overview Infrastructure Program Director — Portland, OR or Vancouver, WA (Onsite). Full-time position with a focus on leading enterprise IT infrastructure programs. Responsibilities Lead enterprise-wide IT infrastructure programs, including data center, cloud, network, storage, compute, and infrastructure modernization initiatives. Establish program goals, governance structures, schedules, budgets, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders. Manage program lifecycle from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy and architecture standards. Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and internal clients to ensure timely delivery and risk management. Identify and mitigate program risks, issues, and dependencies; report status to executive sponsors and steering committees. Drive continuous improvement in program management practices and infrastructure delivery. Qualifications 15+ years of experience in IT program management with a strong focus on infrastructure (data center, cloud, network, storage, compute). Proven ability to lead large, complex programs with multiple workstreams and stakeholders. Strong collaboration, communication, and leadership skills; ability to influence at the executive level. Experience with enterprise IT governance, risk management, and compliance considerations related to infrastructure.
