About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Sr. Manager, People & Talent to lead the organization through a significant transformation initiative. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader and thought partner, responsible for shaping the workplace environment, employee experience, and organizational culture to align with business goals. This role is pivotal in fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture that supports employee well-being and professional growth. Key responsibilities include leading change management and transformation, developing and implementing talent and recruitment strategies, and driving performance management and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the financial services industry, experience in leading cross-functional collaboration, and a proven track record in strategic HR management. Candidates for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in a related field, with at least 12 years' of progressive leadership experience in HR. A strong background in change management, talent acquisition, and a deep understanding of the financial services industry, including regulatory and compliance considerations, is essential. The role requires a leader with excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, who can serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and ensure that HR initiatives drive performance, engagement, and enablement. Experience in dynamic transformation environments, leading HR initiatives, and a proven ability to influence at all levels of the organization are also key qualifications.
