The practice focuses on partnering with employers on day-to‑day workplace issues and helping clients navigate complex employment matters. Responsibilities include: Advising employers on a broad range of labor and employment issues Drafting and reviewing employee handbooks, policies, employment agreements, separation agreements, and other workplace documents Providing day‑to‑day counseling to management and HR professionals Assisting clients with compliance and preventive employment law strategies Requirements 4–6 years of labor & employment experience at a major law firm Strong experience advising employers on employment law matters (non‑litigation) Experience drafting handbooks, policies, employment agreements, and related employment documents Excellent drafting, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment This is a collegial, collaborative team that offers meaningful responsibility, strong mentorship, and exposure to sophisticated employment matters.
