This role offers the opportunity to work closely with physicians, nursing teams, and other clinical professionals while supporting excellent patient outcomes. What You'll Do Provide comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Coordinate and integrate patient care throughout each shift. Support safe, effective, and cost-conscious patient care practices. Supervise and delegate appropriate patient-care activities to nursing staff. Maintain high standards of patient safety, quality improvement, risk management, and infection control . Coordinate care within the prescribed medical treatment plan. Support staff competency and appropriate use of clinical resources. Collaborate with the nursing leadership team to promote high-quality and safe patient care. Follow hospital emergency procedures, including emergency codes and Hospital Incident Command System (HICS) responsibilities. Perform other duties as assigned. What You Bring Required Graduate of a state-approved or accredited nursing program. Current RN license/authorization to practice in Massachusetts as required by law. Current CPR certification .
