Are you an experienced Registered Nurse looking to advance your career in a dynamic Operating Room environment? Responsibilities Provide direct patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care Coordinate patient care with physicians and the surgical team Maintain high standards of patient safety and infection control Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation Support emergency preparedness and patient safety protocols Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional surgical care Qualifications Graduate of a state-approved or accredited School of Nursing Current Massachusetts RN license or eligibility for licensure Current CPR certification BSN or MSN preferred Required Skills Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills Commitment to providing safe, compassionate, patient-centered care Preferred Skills None specified.
