Continuous Improvement Manager

Analyze designs, methods, and internal manufacturing processes. Develop strategies and initiatives for operational efficiency. Implement process improvements and changes in manufacturing methods. Measure process improvement benefits after changes are implemented. Implement Lean and/or Six Sigma methods. Regularly review lean performance expectations with leadership teams across the organization, providing expectations, performance planning, and feedback. Direct the work of US1 Continuous Improvement Leads. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Lean Manufacturing, or related field required. 5 years of experience in process improvement. Lean Six Sigma Certification-IASSC required. Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to drive operational efficiency and process improvements. Capable of analyzing manufacturing processes and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance performance and measure outcomes effectively.
