Specialist - Material Management

Your Key Responsibilities Plan and schedule the delivery of parts, materials, and components to support production and other assigned supply chain processes. Analyze demand and capacity, and evaluate scenarios to sustainably optimize delivery sequence, quantities, and timing. Develop scheduling and prioritization guidelines based on demand-capacity checks to ensure reliable planning decisions. Monitor daily work order sequencing and manage weekly sequence planning on a daily basis. Perform or oversee non-routine load balancing calculations to support optimized planning results. Work closely with master planning to align plans and improve overall supply chain efficiency. Track scheduled deliveries and initiate appropriate measures whenever deviations occur. Your Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or similar. Solid experience or strong understanding of material management, planning, or supply chain operations. Good analytical skills and the ability to evaluate planning scenarios and capacity impacts. Confident handling of planning-related tools and calculations; experience with demand-capacity checks is an advantage. Structured, proactive, and cooperative working style with strong problem‑solving skills. External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship.
