What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients visitors and staff by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities at a front desk location within a financial institution setting.
• Monitor access to the location by greeting visitors verifying credentials maintaining visitor logs and communicating entry procedures in a professional manner.
• Respond to incidents unusual activity and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and report details according to site-specific protocols.
• Answer phones assist with directions and general questions and support front desk operations while helping to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptions.
• Complete required reports document daily activities and communicate with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership regarding security-related concerns and/or operational needs.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
