Desired Qualifications:

• Active licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Master’s degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders or equivalent
• Experience working with school-aged children is highly preferred
• Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and compliance
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to adapt therapy approaches for diverse student needs
• Enthusiasm for working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and identify speech, language, or communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on IEPs
• Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings
• Consult with teachers, staff, and parents regarding student progress and intervention strategies
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with local, state, and federal requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings, staff meetings, and RTI processes as needed
• Support a positive, inclusive learning atmosphere for all students
